Responsibilities

IDIQ Assistant Program Manager provides support to the Director of GWACs and IDIQs, to accomplish the administrative, managerial, and logistical requirements on multiple GSA Schedules, Multi-Award IDIQs, and Agency specific vehicles.

Seeking an person with previous experience cultivating a company’s objectives with IDIQ/GWAC, preferably with knowledge of US Government contracting approaches used in the Multi-Award IDIQ environment. Our IDIQ/ GWAC APM assists with the administration of our multi-award vehicles and augments the Director, as a contact with the Government. They support our capture and proposal teams, acting as an authoritative source of knowledge about vehicle-level requirements and contracting/acquisition processes. Additional taskings include continuously monitoring contract performance requirements to include deliverable requirements, bid metrics, web presence, and marketing and outreach activities. This position can be performed remotely or at one of our offices.

Duties Include:

  • Identify and posture the company to obtain a strategic portfolio of vehicles that maximize Arcfield’s access to the market.
  • Capture, on-ramp, and/or acquire strategically relevant MACs, GWACs, and IDIQs.
  • Acquire, build, and manage relationships with government IDIQ PMOs
  • Work with teams that have multiple and shifting priorities
  • Serve as an authority on Arcfield IDIQ/GWACs portfolio
  • Track and maintain IDIQ/GWAC pipelines of opportunities, this includes building and triaging forecasts
  • Participate and lead (as required) quick responses to RFI(s) and RFP(s) as it pertains to task order releases
  • Interact as needed with Government Customers and Clients; serve as liaison as necessary
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Government clients and industry partners
  • Ensure IDIQ and GWAC deliverables are tracked, analyzed, and met
  • Capture metrics that inform the use of each GWAC/ IDIQ
  • Maintain and Grow Government Wide and Agency Specific Vehicles
  • Assist program teams with initial / kick-off meetings with Government Customers
  • Provide training to Arcfield employees on our vehicles to assist with ongoing capture efforts
  • Work with capture teams throughout the proposal process including developing pipelines, draft RFP reviews, and attending Industry Days,
  • Ensure proposal compliance with customer requirements by participating in proposal team color reviews

Qualifications

  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • 5 years of relevant experience working in a business development or growth organizations
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
  • Previous experience working with multiple-award IDIQ vehicles and Multiple Award IDIQ solicitations.
  • specifically with GSA vehicles
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint
  • Strong analytical and experiences performing executive level reporting
  • Quick and deliberate learning style
  • Confidence in sharing way-forward suggestions for people, process, and tool implementations and improvements
  • Proficiency at working both independently and as a team member
  • Experience working to deadlines, delivering solutions to unstructured business challenges in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
