Join a high performing team supporting GEOINT Ground as Deputy Lead for Systems Engineering & Operations (SE&O). Ensure SE&O is applying best practices and lessons learned across mission threads. Attend major thread program reviews and milestones (e.g. PMRs, thread briefs, PSRs, GRET, GRRs) to ensure thread has a plan to meet commitments, ground acquisitions have clear requirements and priorities, and risks are proactively being mitigated. Optimize early definition of integration objectives and increase iterative integration exercises/demos as risk reduction for formal enterprise tests. Advise adoption of process improvements such as automation, DevSecOps, Digital Engineering, and Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence. Improve coordination across mission partners through regular engagements at working level and by elevating decisions when needed. Coordinate with Operations and Users to ensure procedures and guides are up to date, there are no negative impacts to Operations, and new capabilities are understood and ready.
